Jeff Harb, founder and CEO of Harb Renovations Inc. has made it his passion to bring a standard of excellence to the construction industry that rivals his competition and has raised the expectations of every person who has done business with him. For Jeff and the staff at Harb Renovations, meeting the expectations of the client is first and foremost. Jeff and his staff bring a combined experience of over 45 years in the construction industry. Jeff was raised in Nebraska, and is proud to bring that mid-western work ethic, along with honesty, integrity, and fairness to all that he does. He grew up working on his family farm raising sheep and alfalfa. Jeff attended the University of Nebraska, where he was enrolled in Mechanical Engineering. His college roommate invited him to work the summer framing apartment buildings in Lincoln, Nebraska where he discovered his love for construction. In 1994 Jeff moved to Arizona. After working for several small house framing contractors, as a journeyman carpenter for several years, he became foreman. Soon after he was appointed to superintendent and oversaw the construction of numerous custom homes throughout the valley. In 2000, Jeff founded Harb Renovations Inc. Within months, Harb Renovations contracted and managed several multi-million dollar multi-family housing rehabilitation projects and condominium conversions totaling over 10 million dollars. One of their most notable early achievements was completing 268 interior occupied renovations in 40 working days and 325 units in 60 working days! Creative and efficient scheduling, a talented staff and a relentless commitment to deadlines have set Harb Renovations apart from every other company in the valley. Jeff is married, and resides with his wife and 3 daughters in Tempe. Jeff enjoys golfing, hunting, camping, and watching the Nebraska Cornhuskers play football. Active in his church, Jeff serves as a liaison to his pastor attending to the development needs of the parish. Harb Renovations continues to give back to the community assisting in the efforts of multiple charitable and non-profit organizations.
