Harb Renovations Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and insured Residential and Commercial General Contractor that can take care of all of your Multifamily Housing needs. Having been in the business for 9 years specializing in large apartment community rehabilitations and condo conversion projects, we have the tools and resources to help your project run more efficient, finish faster and most importantly on budget.

We provide an entire array of convenient services, including but not limited to, assisting with the design process, facilitating engineering requirements and working with the City to obtain permits. Harb Renovations Inc. is also able to help with any project management needs, for those of you who have your own vendors, and simply need someone organized and experienced to assist in the completion of your project.

It is our opinion that any company can get your required work completed; we simply want to complete it on time, on budget, maintain a clean work site, provide clean skilled labor, work respectfully with residents and your staff as well as handle all correspondence in a quick, timely and professional manner.
